本当にありがとうございます。
評価はゴールではなく、ここからがスタート。
また来年も声をかけてもらえるように、
今日の仕込みから、しっかりと
「東京最高のレストラン」を目指して やっていきます。

Tokyo’s Best Restaurants 2026 has been released on December 12.
This year, Siamo noi, falò Daikanyama, and falò+ Toranomon
have all been featured in the guide.
This recognition belongs to our team who builds the restaurant with us every day,
and to the producers who entrust us with their incredible ingredients.
We are truly grateful.
A rating is not the goal—it’s the starting point.
To be invited again next year,
we’ll stay committed from today’s prep onward,
continuing to strive for the very best in Tokyo.
